Matteo Macchiavelli

Born in Italy in 1980, Matteo Macchiavelli is an artist and entrepreneur whose creative journey moves naturally between art, fashion, technology and motorsport. With a background in Economics and an MBA at UCLA in Los Angeles, he has built his identity around the ability to combine creative vision with entrepreneurial thinking.

His first expression came through fashion with Macchia J, followed by Awesome Art Not Fake and later NextCouture, where technology, 3D and digital innovation became part of the creative process. Over time, however, art emerged as the most authentic expression of his world.

Matteo’s artistic language combines instinct, craftsmanship and contemporary pop culture. Colour, material experimentation and his distinctive palm trees create a visual identity inspired by an international lifestyle shaped by travel, design and, above all, speed.

This fascination with speed led him naturally into Formula 1, transforming racing cars into dynamic canvases and bringing contemporary art directly into the environment of motorsport. From Monaco to the Fastmobile in 2024, his projects explore the relationship between art, engineering and performance.

His work has subsequently been presented internationally across Formula 1 events, paddocks, galleries and exclusive cultural destinations, with Matteo serving as Official Artist at multiple Formula 1 events, including Austin and Miami, and collaborating with international names such as Pirelli Motorsport and Hedley Studios. His projects have reached Miami during Art Basel, Las Vegas, Silverstone, Imola and Venice, where his Senna show car was presented on the Grand Canal.

Alongside his Art Cars, Matteo has created a universe of collectible objects. Heroo, his signature sculpture, combines motorsport symbolism with carbon fibre and precious finishes, while his Ceramic Art Helmets, created with Cerasarda through more than one hundred hours of craftsmanship, transform one of racing’s most iconic objects in pure art.
